I owned and operated a Real Estate Brokerage and a Livestock Auction Market from 1997 to 2019 in Martin, South Dakota.  I have been a licensed Real Estate Salesman and Auctioneer in South Dakota and Nebraska since 1984, and a licensed Real Estate Broker, in South Dakota and Nebraska since 1992.  I currently have an office in Martin, South Dakota.   I have been involved with the sale of hundreds of tracts of real estate by Private Treaty and at Auction.  I have held or assisted with several thousand cattle sales as a Market Owner, Representative or Auctioneer.  I have been involved in agriculture lifelong, in the livestock marketing business since 1976, operated an Auction Service selling all types of personal property including farm and ranch equipment, household, livestock, commercial and industrial items since 1976, and including real estate since 1984.  I have also conducted and assisted with several hundred Personal Property and Real Estate Auctions.
